Process of printing
Today I have finished all of my illustrate and ready to print. So, I went to the print shop and last time I talked with someone in print shop for printing on my own paper. However, I bring my own paper name Tintoretto Felt which is 250 gsm and have texture on it, but it cannot use. So I decide to use the paper from the print shop. The big problem is the colour is changed from the screen when print it out. One more thing, the price is so expensive because of my cover. The cover have to print on the A2 paper size, that is why it is so expensive.
The colour in my computer screen.

choosing colour
I tried to use
colour and then I ask my audience from 80 people. The result is 80% like the
left one and 20% like the right one.
Contact with the postcard company
I found the postcard in the bookstore and I really love the texture on the card. So I contact with the company name nineteenseventythree which is own of this postcard and ask them that what is the paper. They are so kind and give me the name of paper. It is name Brampton Feltmark. After that I trying to find it online and I found that there is only 300 gsm on the Brampton Feltmark. If I print the postcard, the print shop told me that I can use the paper not thick than 250 gsm. So, I cannot use the Brampton Feltmark on my work. But no worry, I found the similar paper which is name Tintoretto Felt, the texture is the same as Brampton Feltmark but it is only 250 gsm. How lucky I am. :)

LAI THAI
Here is the
example of publications in Thailand that use Lai Thai (Thai elements) elements
incorporating gold. On my project I want to use gold but it is very special and
I have talked with a print company and they said they cannot do it for me. So,
I change from gold to yellow because it looks similar.

Work in progress
Today I have a class for working in progress. I have shown my project to
my all of my classmates. They suggest changing some colours because they like a
colourful image but this palette looks old fashioned, and they want me to put
some Thai style on it as well.

Last tutorial
Today is the last tutorial of my final module. Time flies so fast. The style of my project is looking stronger but my supervisor advised me to think about the scale of the illustrations. About the MA Exposition, we discuss that it will be better and more interesting if I can provide something like cards to ask people to comment or share their experiences with my booth. So, I will provide like a luggage tag and people can comment and then hang it on my booth.

Flower market in Bangkok
I started to
sketch more and here is an interesting place in Bangkok. It is a big flower
market called Pakkrong Tarad. Bangkok Flower Market (Pak Klong Talad) is the
biggest wholesale and retail fresh flower market in Bangkok. The market has all
kinds of popular flowers and flora-related items, including roses, forget me
nots, orchids, lilies and more. Most of them are sold in packs of 50 or 100,
and prices are amazingly cheap. Part of the Old City, Bangkok Flower
market is located on Chak Phet Road near Saphan Phut or the Memorial
Bridge. Shops and vendors are housed inside two to three-storey shop-houses on
both sides of the main road. The market lies just south of Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha)
and has access to a river pier, so it makes for a great one-day trip when
combined with other historical attractions in the Old City. http://www.bangkok.com/shopping-market/pak-klong-market.htm
Here is my sketch of Pakkrong Talad, I tried to draw everything that I think when my audience go to the flower market they can see it along the road.
